Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 July 2026

Overview

RoutinePilot respects your privacy. The current version of RoutinePilot does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell or share your personal information with the developer or advertising companies.

Information Stored on Your Device

RoutinePilot allows you to enter and store workout-related information, including:

  • workout sessions and programs;

  • exercises, warm-ups, sets, weights and repetitions;

  • workout history and personal-best information;

  • discomfort records or workout notes entered within the app; and

  • an optional image selected as your app background.

This information is stored locally on your iPhone. RoutinePilot does not operate a server that receives or stores this information.

Photo Access

RoutinePilot may allow you to select an image from your photo library to use as a customised background.

The selected image is used only for that purpose and remains associated with the app on your device. RoutinePilot does not upload the image to the developer or share it with third parties.

You can manage photo access through the privacy settings on your iPhone.

Data Collection and Tracking

RoutinePilot does not currently use:

  • advertising networks;

  • third-party analytics services;

  • tracking technologies;

  • user accounts or sign-in services; or

  • cloud-based storage operated by RoutinePilot.

RoutinePilot does not sell personal information or track users across other apps or websites.

Exercise Video Links and Third-Party Services

RoutinePilot may contain links to external exercise demonstration videos or websites. When you open an external link, you leave RoutinePilot and the third-party service may process information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

RoutinePilot is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites, video platforms or services.

Retention and Deletion

Workout information and selected background images remain stored locally on your device until you remove or replace them, clear the relevant information within the app where that option is available, or delete RoutinePilot from your device.

Because RoutinePilot does not currently maintain user accounts or a developer-operated database, the developer does not hold a separate copy of your workout information to delete.

Security

RoutinePilot relies on the security protections provided by iOS and your device. You are responsible for protecting access to your iPhone through measures such as a passcode, Face ID or Touch ID.

Children’s Privacy

RoutinePilot is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated when RoutinePilot’s features or data practices change. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
